We are Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) licensed Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) providing services through out state of Texas. A RAS is licensed by the TDLR to ensure new construction, remodel, and addition projects meet all accessibility requirements as outlined in the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). Project Registration
Project need to be registered with TDLR if a cost of the project is $50,000 or more. To Register you project with TDLR we can be your trusted partner.
Plan Review
we can review you plan to make sure it is compliant with TAS standards. We coordinate you to make necessary adjustments to make design TAS compliant.
Inspection
We perform on site inspection to make sure construction meet required TAS standards. After inspection, we provide inspection report detailing the finding from the inspection.
